Many thanks to Alain from whom I have borrowed this amazing camera. One of the rare digital rangefinders that exist, the Epson R-D1. Despite its tiny 6mp sensor, the freedom and weight compared to my bulky 5D make everything easier. There’s no big lens in the face of the subjects, and the focus set to hyper-focal let you think about composition more than fiddling and chimping.
You’ll find my other snapshots taken with the R-D1 here.
